He is survived by: his parents, Lewis Carter and Bonnie Boger Carter; his wife Cynthia "Cindy" Allen Carter; his children, Colby Bryant Carter, Morgan Lee Carter and Laurin Christian Carter; his pet Seagram; his siblings, Keith Carter, Dean Carter (Patsy) and Jeanette Carter; his parents-in-law, Tommy and Linda Allen; his siblings-in-law, Kenneth and Charlene Allen; and his nephews, Charlie and Sawyer.
