He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Hicks and Annie Caudle Hicks; and his siblings, Frances Wall and Larry Hicks. He is survived by: his wife Ann Ketner Hicks; his brother C. G. Hicks (Allison); and his brother-in-law Kenneth Ketner (Yvonne).
