It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Thomas Blaylock Sr. (Advance, North Carolina), who passed away on April 13, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thomas Marion Blaylock, Jr. and Sybil Oakley Reid; his grandparents, Charlie "Pop" Oakley and Ruth Sands Oakley; his wife Rose; his children, Tisha Pruett (Jeff), Charles "Bud" Blaylock, Jr. (Stephanie) and Scott Blaylock (Cami); his grandchildren, Joshua Pruett (Caitlin), Jessica Atkins (Jon), Ashely Blaylock, Emily Grimstead (Duke), Sage Blaylock, Cameron Blaylock, Tanner Blaylock and Kaelyn Blaylock; and his great grandchildren, Aiden Pritchard, Sophia Atkins and Eli Atkins.
