She was predeceased by: her father Dillard Cornett; and her siblings, Ralph, Millard, Howard S. Cornett, Opal Cornett and Mary Crider.
She is survived by: her husband Ronald Parrish; her son Jason Paul Parrish of Virginia; her mother Magdalene Cornett; her siblings, Betty Guyer (Lloyd), Mossie Cima and Bobby Ray Cornett (Trish); and her siblings-in-law, Dawn Swearingin and Lynn Parrish. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
