She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Jackson Duggins and Frances Cates Duggins; and her sister Louise Wagoner. She is survived by: her husband Shorty; her children, Cindy Grubbs Bowden (Chris), Donald Grubbs, Jr. (Cherie) and Angela Grubbs Watkins (Daniel); and her siblings, Rick Duggins (Karen) and Betty Meeks. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, many friends, and neighbors.
