She is survived by: her sister Clarice Waddell; her children, William Frank Cox III of Colfax, Debra Ann Cox of Greensboro and Donald Blake Cox (Dianne) of Colfax; her grandchildren, Donald Blake Cox Jr. and Melinda Shelton (Nathan) of Winston-Salem; and her great grandchildren, Everly and Charlotte Shelton of Winston-Salem.
