She was predeceased by: her father Victor McPeeks; and her husband Dac John Koshak. She is survived by: her children, Dana Koshak of Texas and Chris Koshak of North Carolina; her sisters, Elaine Jones of Sanford and Carol McGraw of Aberdeen; and her granddaughter Alexis Koshak of Oregon.
