It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Robert Clinton Rigsby of Aberdeen, North Carolina, born in Bowling Green, Kentucky, who passed away on June 13, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son Dr. Robert "Rob" C. Rigsby, Jr.; his parents, Clinton Rigsby and Mary A. Rigsby of Bowling Green, KY; and his siblings, David Rigsby of Jacksonville, FL and Josephine Hepburn of Lexington, KY..
He is survived by: his wife Patsy Hardy Rigsby; his children, Thomas A. Rigsby (Donna B. Rigsby) of Hickory, NC and Taylor R. Perrigo; his grandchildren, Tucker G. Perrigo, Trace T. Perrigo of Knightdale, NC, Hunter T. Rigsby of Greenville, SC and Mary Frances Morgan Rigsby; and also Dr. Kirby H. Rigsby.
A memorial service is being planned, but the current restrictions on gatherings, due to COVID-19, are forcing the family to postpone the service to a future date.
