He was predeceased by: his parent John Robert Bell; his son Johnnie Wayne Johnson; and his grandson Garrett Thomas Ray. He is survived by: his parent Jean Mary; his wife Brenda Johnson Bell; his children, John Robert Bell of Arizona, Donna Bell Weikart (Steven) of Frederick, MD and Audrey Watson (James) of Haiti; and his sister Susan J. Goodhand (William) of Catonsville, MD. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, four great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
The family requests memorial donations to be given to The Sons of The American Legion Post 72, 211 E. Main Street, Aberdeen, NC 28315.
