She was predeceased by: her parents, James Harvey Carpenter and Ruby Lee Thompson; her husband Robert Willis Wilson; her daughter Shelly Lewis Zarraga; and her brother James Howard Carpenter.
She is survived by: her son Billy Lewis of Aberdeen; her sister Betty Jean Key of Ramseur; her granddaughters, Brittney Lewis of Aberdeen and Ashley Lewis of Aberdeen; and her great grandchild Graycee McKinnon of Aberdeen.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to assist the family to the Boles Funeral Home in Southern Pines.
