Overseer is survived by: wife Carolyn Russell; children, Evette (Pastor Chad), Chris (Dee), Wanda (Phillip) and Brian; and siblings, Stanley (Deborah), Gary (Ann), Dwayne, James, Benjamin and Tomasine Kyle. Overseer is also survived by many other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends.

He and his staff built the foundation of my Habitat home in 1996 in Taylortown.
