It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Thompson of Aberdeen, North Carolina, who passed away on November 29, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Thompson; his daughter Chancess Thompson; his mother Mary T. Dorty; his siblings, Brenda Green, Carolyn Ryner, Greg Savannah, Jerry Jackson, Stanley Moore and Adrain Ryner; and his stepsons, Deonte and Faronte Drakeford. He is also survived by two grandchildren; and other relatives.
