She was predeceased by: her parents, Garfield Bowman and Rader Burkhardt Bowman; her former husband Lee Roy Thomas; her grandson Christopher Boseman; her son-in-law Rick Rhyne; and also Otis Richardson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Wanda Rhyne and Tammy Wardemann (Thorsten); her grandchildren, Norman Thomas, Debbie Cockman, Allen Rhyne and Sean Boseman; and her brothers, Harvey, Harlis and Gilbert Bowman. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren.
