He was predeceased by: his grandfather Silas O'Neal, Sr.. He is survived by: his uncle Silas'; his parents, Ronald Bailey and Kimsey Bailey of Aberdeen; his sister Kimsey Cooper of Aberdeen; his grandmother Helen McIntosh O'Neal of Carthage, MS; and his uncles, Silas O'Neal, Jr. of Alexandria, LA, Byron O'Neal of Alexandria, LA, Mark Bailey (Rosa) of Cleveland, OH and Tyrone Bailey (Monteager) of Atlanta.
Memorials may be made in his name to a scholarship fund that will be established at the Leake Central High School at a later date.
