She was predeceased by: her siblings, Claude Patterson Smith and Nellie Mary Smith Morgan. She is survived by: her spouse Basil Ray Pigg of Aberdeen; her children, Johnny Ray Pigg (April) of West End, NC and Julia Denise Pigg Huggins; and her grandchildren, Elizabeth Anne Pigg, Michael Stewart Pigg (Alexis), Maegan Raye Pigg, Jeremy Ray Huggins and Zachary Isaac White.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Claude Patterson Smith and a sister, Nellie Mary Smith Morgan.In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made in memory of Julia Pigg to the McDonalds Chapel Presbyterian Church.Services are entrusted to Boles Funeral Home of Southern Pines.
