She was predeceased by: her parents, Arch Henry and Carmen Richardson Nelson; her husband Roy Donald Mellenthien; and her siblings, Patsy Evelyn Nelson, Arch Edwin "Eddie" Nelson and Richard Henry Nelson.
She is survived by: her nephew Arche Edwin "Eddie" Nelson, Jr. (April); her great-nephews, Connor of Bristol, TN and Gary Fish (Chloteen) of Dunnellon, FL.; her niece Elizabeth Nelson Jones (Todd); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Greyson, Lily Jones of Bristol, TN and Joanne Eberth of Lancaster, NY; her nieces, Barbara Harris of East Bethany, NY and Maggie B. Richardson; and her sister-in-law Loretta Nelson of Bristol, TN. She is also survived by many cousins and friends.
