He was predeceased by: his father Winford Noah Williams. He is survived by: his mother Ruby Ann Hartsell Williams; his children, Seth Williams (Tasha), Jordan Williams (Tricia) and Chelsea Williams Smith (Matt); his siblings, Janet Matthews (Steve), Shirley Williams, Dawn Wallace, Todd Williams, Laurin Trigg (George) and Joel Williams (Robin); and his grandchildren, Hunter, Teagan and Weston. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
