He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Willis Mitchell and Rosa W. Mitchell; his wife Carrie M. Mitchell; his siblings, William Mitchell of Johnsonville, SC and Rosa Lee Davis of Johnsonville, SC; and his children, Linda Mitchell-Frye (Wayne) of Laurel Hill, NC, Catherine Denise Murray (Stanley) of Midland, NC, Teresa Mitchell Bethel (John) of Augusta, GA, Chris Mitchell (Stephanie) of Fredericksburg, VA and John Hannah of South Carolina. He was also cherished by thirteen grandchildren; other relatives and dear friends.
