Keith Pfeffercorn wrote a sympathy message

“This is a photo of Jimmy and me back on June 28, 1996 at Tiger Stadium in Detroit Michigan where Jimmy was interviewed for American Journal for the KISS reunion tour. Needless to say that he was only one friend that I met in the Army and stayed friends with for about 30 years. I met him at the rock and roll club in Fayetteville NC and our friendship grew from there. My wife and I will miss him and am so glad that I called him one of my best friends.”
