He was predeceased by: his parents, Thurman Perhealth and Geneva Quick Perhealth; his grandson Mikel Sadler; and his siblings, Minnie Kepley, Myrtle Brewer, Virginia Thompson Robertson, Diane Barber, Russell Perhealth, Roger Perhealth and Sue Helen Perhealth.
He is survived by: his children, Gary Wayne of Aberdeen, Larry Wayne Perhealth of Aberdeen, Cindy Groves (Chris) of Dunn and Keith Blue of Clayton; his siblings, Elizabeth Thompson (Harold) of Aberdeen, Beatrice Dunagan Laughter of Aberdeen, Donna Holder Purcell (Jerry) of Aberdeen, Linda Foster Kepley of Salisbury and Johnny Perhealth of Vass, NC; his grandchildren, Megan, Aubrey, Samantha, Anthony and Marina; and his great grandchildren, Olivia, Bryson, Nolan, Wyatt and Gracie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other family, and wonderful friends.
