He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Azure and Margie Azure; his stepson Kenny Azure Jr.; and his son Mike. He is survived by: his spouse Sandy Shields; and his stepchildren, Azurene Real Bird (Leander) of Phoenix, Matthew Azure (Rainey) of Wolf Point and Mandy Azure of Wolf Point, Montana.. He is also survived by his grandkids.
