Archie Frick Obituary

Sadly, Archie Frick (Wisdom, Montana), born in Sheldahl, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Archie was fond of statistics, so any remembrance of his life would be incomplete without mentioning that he was 6'3", 180 pounds, and "not an ounce of fat on him" (for most of his life). He travelled to 97 countries, and boasted 24 grandchildren and 31 great-grandchildren. Although Archie did not distinguish amongst his grandkids, all of whom he loved without reservation, his biological descendents are grandchildren Alex Frick of London, Winifred Frick of Santa Cruz, Juliana Frick of Berkeley, Arwen Frick-Cheng of Ann Arbor, and Abraham Frick of Fresno, and great grandchildren Lara, Tessa, Darwin and Amalia. Archie will receive full military honors at the Bakersfield National Cemetery at 10:45 a.m. on April 27.
