He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Garde Peterson; his wife Sharon Sawyer Peterson; his children, Joan Peterson of Austin Texas, Garde Wayne Peterson (Wayne) of Billings Montana and Susan Hoban (Don Hoban) of Puyallup Washington; his grandchildren, Peter F. Ravella, Paul Ravella, Kyle Hoban and Kelsey Hoban; and his sister Darlene Peterson Butcher (Emmet Butcher). He was also cherished by his many nieces and nephews.
