She was predeceased by: her parents, Kuzma Simac and Johanna Simac; her husband Donald Smith; and her siblings, Joseph, John, Gerald Simac, Helen, Stephanie, Annie, Mary, Margaret, Katie, Joan, Rosie and Fannie.
She is survived by: her siblings, Jim, Bob Simac, Lucy Carr and Nancy Bates; her children, Debbie Smith, Donita Kreger (Rod), Daryl Smith (Lynn) and Dale Smith (Nina); and her grandchildren, Justin Kreger (Lacy), Ryan Kreger (Meagan), Shaun Kietzer (Katrina), Steven Kietzer, Payton Smith, Ryan Heller (Naomi), Cole Heller (Kim), Andy Heller (Emily), Shelby Smith, Kayla Smith, Cassie Smith and TeriJo Kinkelaar (Adam).
