He was predeceased by: his father Arlie Christensen; and his stepgrandson Lucas. He is survived by: his mother Norma Christensen (Fillacy); his wife Lynn Karnopp; his children, Tyana Bennett, Tara Shipp (John) and Tyler Christensen (Melody); his stepgrandsons, Trent and Tyler; his grandsons, Brock, Ashton and Rylan; and his stepgreat-grandsons, Owen and Atlas.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to CMMC Home Health Services, the Winifred Museum, American Lutheran Church of Winifred, or to a charity of ones choosing.
