She was predeceased by: her parents, Doc Chamberlain and Frieda Chamberlain; her siblings, Mary Peabody, Arlean Chamberlain, Terry and Gary; and her children, Stephanie, Jonathan and Kevin.
She is survived by: her husband Leo Efta; her children, Lorena Qualley (Bethany Efta) of Wibaux, Cory Efta (Ann) of Baker and Timmy Efta of Wibaux; her grandchildren, Justin Qualley (ChyAnne), Samantha Shaw (Tucker), Patrick Qualley (Gina), Steven Qualley (Ashley), Jasmine Qualley, O'Connell Qualley, Gavriella Qualley, Rebecca Qualley, Brenna Hanakahi (Kaipo), Lokepa Efta, Kevin Josh Efta, Isabella Efta, Quinton Kirkwood (Rachael), Trace Kirkwood, Kiara Efta, Annnabelle Efta and Mary Grace Efta; and her great grandchildren, Tristan, Rowyn, Isyla Qualley, Vincent, Peyton, Azura Qualley, Austin Rosier, Skyler and Sawyer Qualley.
