He is survived by: his wife Diane Drake; his daughters, Darla Torgerson (Randy) of Bismarck and Deanne Smith (Larry) of Glendive, Montana; his grandsons, Derek Torgerson (Ashley) of Mandan and Roy Torgerson of Mandan; his half-sisters, Sandra Batie (Duane) of Sisseton and Sharon Nielsen (Gary) of Peever; his sister-in-law Annette Schmaus of Sisseton; and his cousin Twila Moshier (Harry Sr.) of Sisseton. He is also survived by his numerous nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, and grand-nephews.
