He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank (Helen Krustangel) and Tom. He is survived by: his wife Carol; and his children, Kim Rose (John), Tom Krustangel (Cheryl) and Kris Krustangel (Christy). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
