Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Jerry leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Sigmund Meislik and Bella Meislik. He is survived by: his wife Rhona; his granddaughter Addison DeVall; his brother Michael Meislik (Miriam); his niece Ramit Mizrahi (Justin Bois); his great-nephew Ben; his niece Brooke Tow (Adam); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ziva and Sigal; and his pet Sammi. He is also survived by family members, many friends.
