He was predeceased by: his father Jerry Wellington; his brother Douglas; and his grandparents, Alfred, Gladys Baumgartner, Art and Louise Labrie.
He is survived by: his spouse Jean Engelke of Whitefish; his daughter Ali (Josh); his grandsons, Colton and Wyatt Keller; his mother Roberta Wellington; his stepfather Mike Spint; his siblings, Cory Wellington, Ryan Wellington and Ramona Hayes; and his stepsiblings, Jane Hoyt and Kevin Wellington. He is also survived by his nephews and nieces.
A private funeral will be held for the family and Curtis will be laid to rest peacefully in Choteau, Mt. The family asks in Curtis true strength of having a rare muscular disease, Inclusion Body Myositis, anyone wanting to make donations could donate in Curtis honor to the Myositis Association at Myositis.org.
