He was loved and cherished by many people including: his friend Tucker; his parents, Jack Short and Julia Zehntner Short; his close friend Joy Ballard; his wife Joy; his daughters, Candi Richardson and Joni Gordon (Dustin); his grandchildren, Madison of Fairfield, Wylie Gordon of Missoula, Taylor Gordon of Great Falls, Kadi Richardson of Dillon and Brady Richardson; and his siblings, Donn "Buzz" Short, Loreen Sheline (L. C.) and Jackie Short. He was also cherished by numerous uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
He would be honored for any memorial donations to be sent there to keep precious healthcare active in the community that he loved.
