He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bryan Jennings and Mayme Dowd Clarke; his wife Joy Brown of Victor; and his children, Debbie (Gary Pederslie) of Redmond, WA, Rodney (Debbie) of Victor and Edward (Theresa Clarke) of Victor. He was also cherished by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
