He was predeceased by: his grandfather Elmer Wolf; and his brother Joseph Matthew. He is survived by: his parents, Mickey Clark and Stephanie Smith (Jaunt); his siblings, Samantha Smith, Mercedes Martin and Devon Buckey; and his grandmothers, Karen Wolf and Darlene Reardon (Ronald). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
