He was predeceased by: his parents, Simon Moran and Ellen Moran; and his sister Laura Oyer (Moran). He is survived by: his wife Linda Moran (Majerus); his children, Shelly Jay (Darik), Scott Moran (Kendra) and Shane Moran (Betsy); his grandchildren, Jaden, Kairos Jay, Chase, Caitlyn, Cassandra Moran, Macy and Mardi Moran; his sisters, Marilynn and Mary Ellen Moran; and his brother-in-law Ike Oyer.

In lieu of gifts, the family kindly request donations in Mike's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
