He was predeceased by: his parents, George Marshall and Ruth Cummings (Donner); his wife Phyllis Catherine (Larson); his son Guy Paul; his sisters, Frances Nada Bornhoft and Katherine Darlene Volk; his brother-in-law Arlie Bornhoft; and his grandfather Chuck.
He is survived by: his son Grant Cummings (Judy); his brother Donald Cummings (Arlene); his brother-in-law Fred Volk; and his grandchildren, Sarah Cummings, Christopher Cummings (Nicole), Emily Newsted (Matt), Laura Cummings, Kerri Cummings, Gloria Tedford (Aaron) and Kasey Cummings. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, and treasured friends.
