He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Lower and Dolly Webb (Harvey); and his siblings, Earl, Benjamin Jr. (Benny) and Hester (Sincavage).
He is survived by: his children, Karen (Craig), Bob, Brad (Debbie), Tom and Kelly (Lenda). He is also survived by his 5 children, 19 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and extended family.
