William Robert Lane Obituary
We bid farewell to William Robert Lane of Toston, Montana, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 30, 2025 at the age of 84. William Robert touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin "Bud" Lane and Christina Lane (Rohla); and his brother Ronald Lane. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Lane; his brother Edward Lane (Ana); and his children, Nancy Martin (Gary), Nicole Ito (Steve), Jay Lane (Jennifer) and Jim Lane (Christie). He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Holy Cross Catholic Church (101 S Walnut St, Townsend, MT 59644). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at the Willow Creek Cemetery (1850 Meridian Cemetery Road, Three Forks, MT 59752).
In lieu of flowers, donations to an organization of your choice, Holy Cross Cemetery or Willow Creek Cemetery would be greatly appreciated in memory of Bill.
