He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Owens and Betty Owens (Jurgens); and his brother Stephen. He is survived by: his wife Delfina; his sons, Adam Owens (LeAnna LeCount) of Three Forks and Jeff Jr. of Three Forks; his grandchildren, Bryanna, Hannah, Raissa, Aubrey, Jason and Cressida; and his siblings, Keith Owens (Marisa) of Roggen, CO and Carol Dean (Ron) of Brighton, CO. He is also survived by nephews who were raised as sons to Jeff: Nick and CJ Moreno; and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
