He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Cook and Lucille Cook; and his sister Karen. He is survived by: his former spouses, Della Alby and Ardis LaVon Day; his wife Lois Elaine Meldrum; and his children, Craig (Suki), Christine (C. A.), Carol (Chris), Kathryn and James.
