He was predeceased by: his parents, Eris A. Weekley and Jessie B. East Weekley; his sisters, Gayle Weekley Johnston and Bobbye Jean Weekley Rasberry; his friend Linda Harris Orr; and his pet Sam.
He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Terry Johnston Sinclair of Denham Springs, LA, Shannon Ramsey Moak (Tony) of Wesson, MS, Keith Johnston of Maurepas, LA and Eric Ramsey of Mangum, OK; and his close friends, Charlie Ford, Mike and Alice Thweatt of McComb, MS.
In lieu of flowers, John's request is that memorial donations be sent to one of the following: American Diabetes Association; International Fellowship of Christians and Jews; your local animal shelter; a charity or a student scholarship of your choice.
