She is survived by: her husband Douglas Cummings; and her great grandchildren, Carma Briggs, Tonya, Pete Collins, Wendie, Charley Richards, Seth Richards, Landon Richards, Rebecca, Jason Frost, Khloe Frost, Shana, Dale Williams, Joseph Williams, Adam Williams and Brenner Williams. She is also survived by her husband, three daughters, four grandchildren.
