It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Florence Elaine Johnson of Sunburst, Montana, who passed away on September 15, 2024, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Thorsen and Inga Thorsen (Skoyen); her husband Clarence; her siblings, Irene Mattison and Archie Thorsen; and her son Curtis Eugene Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Burley (Vince) of Cut Bank, Lavina Brennecke (Robb) of Kent, WA, Larry Johnson (Sandy) of Kalispell and Lyle Johnson (Stefanie) of Newtown Square, PA; and her sister-in-law Leona Thorsen. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Lutheran Church of Sunburst (108 1st Ave W, Sunburst, MT 59482).
