He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Ralls and Jessie Ralls; his stepmother Eunice Ralls; his siblings, Mary Gillingham and Mike Ralls; and his son Chris Michael Ralls.
He is survived by: his son Rob Patrick Ralls; his wife Bev Ralls; and his grandchildren, Ryan Ralls (Sabrina), Austin Ralls, Chelsea Ralls and Alexa Ralls (Addison).
Vic was a lover of all animals, and instead of flowers, the family requested donations to be made to your local animal shelter in his name.
