She is survived by: her parents, Ron Hayward of Stevensville and Karen Hayward of Stevensville; her son Dylan Hayward; and her brothers, Ron (Cate Hayward), Don Hayward of Everett, WA and Matt (Jamie Hayward).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial donations may be made in Tina's name to the MDA.
