He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Faulkner Ill and Alice Karr; and his brothers, Robert Faulkner IV and Eric Faulkner. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Faulkner; his stepchildren, Jeremiah Ishman and Amanda Adams; his son-in-law Bob Adams; his grandchildren, Cadence and Gage Adams; and his siblings, Laura Arcan (Metin), Brian Faulkner (Jill) and Alice Mack (Ken). He is also survived by his family, friends.
The family suggests memorial donations may be made in Thomas's name to either the Wounded Warrior Project or the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
