He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard Parks and Dorothy Parks (Dillard). He is survived by: his wife Gladys Parks; and his children, Dennis Parks II, Eric Parks (Ala), Jacob Parks and Nena Parks. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; one brother and four sisters.
