He was predeceased by: his nephew Joshua David Kjersem-Sloan. He is survived by: his parents, Dolly Wells and Jerry Wells; his siblings, Terry, Gregg, Jeff (Cheri), Julie (Dan) and Shane (Lanora); his daughters, Ashley and Thea; his grandsons, Aiden, Mason and Christopher (Natalie); and his great grandchild Delilah. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Friends are asked to make memorials to the charity of their choice and they may be left with the Cloyd Funeral Home.
