With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Vickie Rae Shandy (Sidney, Montana), born in Mitchell, South Dakota, who passed away on August 15, 2023 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold J Mann and Mildred Miller (Mews); and her husband Lester Shandy Sr. (Ronald Schmeling). She is survived by: her children, Stacy Anderson (Cape), Lance Cape and Michell Marez (Cape). She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
