He is survived by: his sister Betty Kay; his spouse Joan; his children, Jolene LaBar (Dave) of Union City, MI, Randy Bell (Carla) of Billings, MT, Rodney Bell (Jan), Raymond Bell (Trish) and Ryan Bell (Nicki); his sister-in-law Jena Bell of Garrison, ND; and his grandchildren, Daniel LaBar (Dorothy), Darin LaBar (Elise), Daryl LaBar (Ashley), Shannon Foisy (Tom), Brittany Cuellar (Josh), Devin Bell (Kaitlin), Brianna, Karina, Shania Bell, Tobin, Brady Bell, Jory and Jace Bell.
