We bid farewell to Merlyn D Larson (Sidney, Montana), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 25, 2024 at the age of 94. Merlyn touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Chris Larson and Bertha Larson (Helmer); his sons, Randall (Randy) and Gary Larson; his brothers, Gerald (Hazel Larson) and Don (Evelyn Larson); and his in-laws, Jake and Jean Obergfell.
He is survived by: his wife Rosemary "Jen" Larson; his children, Sheri Madison (Bill), Tim Larson (Brenda) and Chris Larson (Shelly); his daughter-in-law Teresa Larson of Sidney; and his sisters-in-law, Joann Obergfell of Sidney, MT and Joanne Obergfell of Plentywood, MT. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Fulkerson Stevenson Memorial Chapel (315 2nd St NW, Sidney, MT 59270). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 at 6:00 PM and on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 at 11:00 AM.
